Yirser Ra Hotep joins our Vice President of Cross-Cultural Advancement Maya Breuer in this online gathering designed to bring yoga schools, teachers, and students together during this time of social distancing.
Yirser Ra Hotep is a master instructor of Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) Yoga and the creator of the YogaSkills Method (YSM). He is the leader of the global Kemetic Yoga Movement, with over 45 years of experience practicing and teaching. Yirser was involved with the original research and documentation of Kemetic Yoga in his hometown of Chicago in the 1970's along with his master teacher Dr. Asar Hapi. He has trained and certified over 5,000 Kemetic Yoga instructors across the globe through his school, YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga.
