Learn about Kashmir Shaivism and its lesson that even the most commonplace occurrences throughout our day-to-day lives hold opportunities for growth and consciousness expansion. This sangha explores how access to the divine is accessible even in "ordinary" or "simple" actions, understood as different types of yoga and meditation.


About the Presenter

Bruno Garrote is an experienced and multi-faceted body and theory professor and instructor. His writings include a Ph. D (2016) and Masters (2013) by USP in Law and Philosophy and books, articles, reviews, translations, poems, and more, including other knowledge fields. Some of his formal trainings and certifications are in AcroYoga, Yoga, Contact Improvisation, Massage, and Expansion of Sexuality Therapy.
