About the Presenter Show
Cleora Francis-O’Connor (RYT 500) has over 18 years of yoga teaching experience and 20 years of yoga practice. After experiencing a traumatic loss of a loved one, she sought healing and a renewed balance and found it in the practice of yoga. She is a nonviolence activist/advocate and incorporates this in her yoga classes and workshops. Her focus is on healing the soul after loss or trauma, learning the benefits of forgiveness, and helping everyone find and maintain a peaceful and joyful existence. Cleora teaches at Touch Massage & Yoga RI and other community sites, but during this time of social distancing, she has begun teaching yoga via web classes in the interim. Currently, she is a board member at The Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence, as well as other boards.
