About the Presenters

Patricia Anderson has worked for two Presidents, two Vice Presidents, and Mickey Mouse—and that's just the headline of a remarkably diverse career. She has a reputation for staying calm under pressure, creative problem solving, and generally getting stuff done. Patricia has produced hundreds of live events for audiences ranging in size from 10 to 10,000 people in over 30 cities around the world. She is also a sought-after business coach, working with startups as a strategic consultant for business development and operations. With this dynamic background, it's no surprise Patricia was able to pivot during the pandemic--simultaneously transitioning existing clients from live events to digital events while also building and managing a digital events team for an international professional association. She holds a L1 certificate from CrossFit, a PN1 certification from Precision Nutrition and is currently enrolled in a 200-hour YTT.

Lauren D’Angelo (E-RYT 500, YACEP) found her way into her first yoga class after years of playing sports, running, and cycling, and knew instantly that she wanted to be a yoga teacher. Lauren’s classes are an active, powerful, movement-based vinyasa, and crafted to be accessible for all. In her 11+ years of teaching, she has taught in settings such as the UnderArmour world headquarters, Oakley world headquarters, the Boston Common, and Yoga Reaches Out. Lauren is known for her creative, fluid sequences, story-telling, and messaging, and similarly, is also an avid writer. You can find Lauren through her brand Lola Yoga and podcast "whereimat.” Through these outlets, she hopes to create connections, understanding, and community. Currently, she consults with Yoga Alliance as a Marketing Manager, and has helped produce over 100 digital events internationally.
