Pranayama and asana combine with vocal releases that will allow your voice to come from a deeper connected part of your body/mind. Learn practical vocal tips for good vocal hygiene. Understand ways to speak and teach in a soothing voice, with clarity and confidence. Practice projection to be heard, without straining their vocal instrument.
