About the Presenter

As a first-generation Cuban American, Nicolas de Alejo has always appreciated perspective and culture and he is forever thankful for those who have shared their perspectives and culture with him through his yoga journey. He is a social health and well-being entrepreneur and has founded and funded several companies in the wellness space. He has extensive training in multiple mindfulness and movement modalities, including RYT-500 (Pure Yoga) and several advanced training programs with Loren Fishman, Maty Ezraty, YogaWorks, and other skillful teachers and comprehensive studios. He is also a trained neuroscience meditation teacher with an emphasis on love and kindness, compassion teachings, and breathwork. Nicolas is the founder of Men Care Now, an RYS-200 that embodies the power of perspective and aims to educate and support men via physical and mental fitness programs. He has taught yoga and other movement techniques at several leading studios, including Pure Yoga and Chelsea Piers, and has experience with various men's circles and yoga communities, including Sacred Sons and NFS Underground Yoga.

Kazemde “Kaz” Masud ( he/him/his) was raised in the Los Angeles spiritual community and was drawn at an early age to the role of Spiritual Advisor in Hollywood. With nearly twenty-five years of experience in the entertainment industry—participating in almost every facet of film and television, and co-founding a renowned music festival—he currently shares his experience as a talent manager, coach, and spiritual advisor. Becoming a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Men Care Now further allows him to provide his clients with a unique offering in the current mentor landscape. In January 2021, he began serving as Compassionate Community Officer (CCO) at Men Care Now. Follow him on Instagram: @broccityyogi
