About This Workshop
This digital event showcases yoga professionals who have shown great resilience in a time of strife, using yoga and yoga philosophy as a source of support and grounding. It also highlights how yoga has helped carve pathways of innovation, service, discovery, and community throughout the COVID-19 crisis.

About the Presenters Show
Motivated by the sudden passing of her husband in 2015, Sherri founded Litehouse Wellness—a nonprofit purposed to strengthen the African American family and community by bridging the wellness accessibility gap for Black men using yoga, meditation, and preventative health education. She is a certified yoga teacher, meditation guide, Reiki II practitioner, mindfulness consultant, plant-based transitioning coach, and life-span doula. Sherri studied social work at Clark Atlanta University and trained with international master yoga and meditation teachers. Siri Rishi Kaur is a Global Kundalini Yoga Teacher. SRK has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and building community for over 20 years. She's the founder of TEMPLE143, a boutique Kundalini Studio in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, and has created a Virtual Live Streaming Interactive platform for all to participate in and learn the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga. She's developed a monthly mentor program called the Magus Portal, which is a self study program, that supports women and gives them the tools to make their dreams a reality. Siri Rishi Kaur is launching her first in person & virtual Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training this Winter of 2021.
