About This Workshop
Increase your understanding of spinal anatomy and physiology from a developmental standpoint to our present state of common seated discomfort. This workshop reviews the importance and function of the spinal curves, the role of the SI joint for stability, and the key relationship to the psoas in fostering healthy posture in all positions.

About the Presenter Show
After being a dental hygiene professional, Dianne found herself with much pain and limitation due to the leaning and twisting of the spine it required for her to treat patients. She turned to yoga to gain strength and maintain flexibility. Her beloved career continued on and another one was born! Once she discovered this self-empowering practice to freedom in the body, she had to learn how to tell everyone. She is an E-RYT 200 and is currently in teacher trraining for E-RYT 500 status.
