About This Event

We can "do" yoga for years, but it's only when we infuse our practice with the wisdom of its traditions and adapt it to the ups and downs of our daily lives that we become attuned to the potency of yoga's transformative power.

International speaker, activist, and yoga teacher Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and best-selling author and yoga teacher Barrie Risman share on how to unlock greater meaning and depth in your yoga practice and teaching. Let’s explore together what happens when we let yoga take the helm. Part 3 focuses on the power of community.
