Anjali Sunita is the founder of Village Life Wellness, a private Ayurveda practice, and Baltimore Yoga Village, a community educational platform, who creates environments and opportunities for individual and community dialogue and wellness. She supports programs in practices like pranayama, meditation, asana, chanting, Ayurveda, and yoga history. Anjali has integrated knowledge from her beloved teachers and shares it with a great love for making the teachings accessible, easily understood, and applicable to each person she encounters.
