Yoga straps can make poses more accessible and offer creative ways to build strength and mobility. Move through a short practice while using a strap throughout and working toward a “peak pose.”
Amy Norton received her 500-hour certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in New York City, where she taught for 15 years. She draws on her dance background to create alignment-based vinyasa sequences, focusing on finding the strength and stability that allow flow to happen.
