About the Presenter Show
After being a dental hygiene professional, Dianne Saywell found herself with much pain and limitation due to the necessary leaning and twisting of the spine required for her to treat her patients. With this, she turned to yoga to gain strength and maintain flexibility. Her beloved dental career continued and another one was born! Once she discovered this self-empowering practice to freedom in the body, she had to learn how to tell everyone. She is an E-RYT 200 and in teacher training for E-RYT 500 status.
