In this conversation, Alliant Insurance addresses many of the questions Yoga Alliance members have regarding their Yoga Alliance Professional Liability policy. We would like to confirm that your Yoga Alliance Policy does cover online instruction. This valuable extension of coverage requires that you or the third party you provide services for is able to collect waivers and/or fees.

About the Presenters

Christine So, an Underwriter at Alliant Insurance Services, partners with insurance producers, insurance carriers, and technology development teams to help bridge the gap between insurance and technology to bring consumers direct access to insurance solutions. Christine is a licensed insurance agent holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources.

Martin Ween's primary focus is the representation of professional liability insurance carriers in all types of coverage and liability matters, as well as insurers providing financial and fidelity bonding coverage. A frequent author and speaker, Martin has written articles on employee benefits topics for the New York Law Journal and has spoken at the Professional Liability Underwriting Society annual conference and New York State Bar Association continuing legal education seminars.
