About This Workshop
Partner up, release tight tissue, gain core strength and have fun! This workshop offers an accessible practice for any body and every body. Practice will be done seated for the opportunity to work with less “gravity,” making it more available to everyone and in order to gain deeper aspects of the partner asana. This session involves chairs without arms or wheels, and optional yoga block or small firm pillow. Viewers can practice or simply watch and take notes and pictures to develop your own duo yoga time!

About the Presenter Show
After being a dental hygiene professional, Dianne Saywell found herself with much pain and limitation due to the necessary leaning and twisting of the spine required for her to treat her patients. With this, she turned to yoga to gain strength and maintain flexibility. Her beloved dental career continued on and another one was born! Once she discovered this self-empowering practice to freedom in the body, she had to learn how to tell everyone. She is an E-RYT 200 and in teacher training for E-RYT 500 status.
