This workshop outlines new paid leave guarantees for workers affected by the pandemic and new employer obligations to provide employees with paid leave, as well as tax credits available to employers to offset the costs of providing leave.


About the Presenters

Aimee Priya Ghosh focuses her practice on global security and government affairs. She provides strategic counsel on government affairs strategy, federal and state regulatory obligations, security policy, legislation, and rulemaking; and industry best practices with respect to crisis planning, response, and recovery.

Nicole Steinberg counsels clients on regulatory issues, including consumer banking, advertising, and the SAFETY Act. She assists with nonprofit mergers and the public policy interests of professional certification organizations, while also working closely with the energy and employment teams. Nicole also worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives.
