You can help expand yoga into more places and spaces
Hear from Head of Social Impact, Kristina Graff, as she discusses the transformative power of yoga as a catalyst for positive change in individuals, communities, and across generations.
In 2022, the Foundation supported the integration of yoga into refugee assistance programs in Kenya, Poland and Spain, though a community-centered approach – a fundamental driver for our teachers and educators serving worldwide.
The Foundation has contributed to comprehensive yoga teacher training scholarship programs for trainees who have experienced marginalization, helping to expand diversity and representation among yoga teachers. To date, we have invested in programs serving over 100 trainees.
The Foundation is developing an easy-to-use survey instrument to track connections between yoga and social impact. This will help individuals and organizations to gather data showing how their yoga programs can improve health and well-being.
