About the Presenter

Justin Ifill, E-RYT 500, YACEP fell in love with yoga as soon as he started and now has had a yoga practice since 2011. Following some of his inspirational teachers and mentors, he completed his 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings at Laughing Lotus. Justin is passionate about helping others help themselves, stay balanced, and love their breath to promote both physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His "Rhythm & Flow" classes take you on an uplifting and introspective journey with a practice steeped in timeless yogic traditions infused with music and spiced with divine inspiration.
