About This Workshop

Master yoga teachers are efficient and effective communicators. They know how much to say, when to support and encourage, and when to be quiet and give space. Join Cara Bradley to learn how to speak simply and directly and to say less and empower more. Cara will share her unique Cueing Template used in the Verge Yoga Teacher Training as well as tips for keeping your dialog simple and choosing the right words.


About the Presenter

Cara Bradley, E-RYT 200, CSCS, is the author of On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up and Shine (New World Library). She is a yoga teacher, mental strength coach, entrepreneur, and former pro-skater who has devoted more than 3 decades to movement disciplines and personal transformation. She is the founder of Verge Yoga Center in suburban Philadelphia and co-founder of the non-profit Mindfulness Through Movement, which provides programs to schools in Philadelphia.
