I had a wonderful experience with the Arm Balance Masterclass course with Marc Macadaeg and his Align and Refine Team. I learned a lot from the 10 hours of training. It was indeed challenging, but very fulfilling. I felt very inspired to continue with my practice as well as to continue learning. I will recommend their course to everyone. And I am looking forward to training with them again in the future.

The course allowed me to learn a lot about the physiology involved in asana and how to structure classes to take using this information.
