Carol Mason, E-RYT, has been practicing Hatha, Vinyasa yoga and Pilates since 2000, Yin yoga since 2008. What was originally a means of getting back into fitness turned into a deep appreciation for yoga’s subtle magic on grounding spiritual principles into physical practice. Carol completed her 200 hour teaching certificate at Movement Arts in 2012. She continues to deepen her practice through philosophical study and workshops. Balancing the more meditative and calming aspects of Yin with the more energizing aspects of Vinyasa Flow and Pilates. Committed to physical alignment, mindfulness on and off the mat, connection to the breath and living with joy.
