About Charlotte Nuessle

I have a holistic professional background. I'm certified in Viniyoga and Kripalu Yoga with a degree in Gerontology, B.Sc. I lead personal self-development in online study groups, workshops, and retreats. I help bring to life modern understandings of neuroplasticity - you can literally shape the brain, and of the Polyvagal Theory - that as humans we need to feel safely connected.

My article, Discover Your Nervous System's Rhythm and Movement, was published in September 2018! Drop me an e-mail and I'll send a link to the pdf.

I was former faculty at the Kripalu Center, from 1976 - 1995, and Yoga Program Director for several years. I have certified extensively with the American Viniyoga Institute. I continued my studies of the body and yoga with Robin Rothenberg, Tom Myers, Lesllie Kaminoff, Amy Matthews, Doug Keller, plus with local healthcare providers.

My specialities include consulting re: rebuilding journeys with breast cancer; "Evergreen living" (seniors and elders); trauma sensitive; death and dying; and support with managing various structural, psycho-emotional, spiritual and human needs.

You can read more about my background at my website,

I love to work in personal-sized ways.
