The Foundations of Trust: FeetUp Safety Certification Course with Daniel Scott was extremely interactive, fun and informative. What I appreciate the most about this training is they way Daniel kept each student engaged throughout the duration of the course. When I first got this tool, I thought this was all about going upside down, boosting some morale with doing an inversion. And while it does that, this course also teaches you how to build a yoga sequence, cue your yogi students safely and mindful maximize the FeetUp tool. I would highly recommend this course to any level yogi that wants expand their perspective - literally.
