I have done sports all my life. As a 19-year old my figureskating careers took a sudden stop when I fell on my neck on the ice. Since then I have done a lot of rehabilitation for my spine in a variaty of ways.
Now at 47 years, my spine is better that ever. I found Yoga in my thirties and fell in love with the Rocket, and the philosophy behind it, I have gotten my spine mobile and strong again. I have found a more natural way of moving, and appropriate modifications for me that support my wellbeing. Now I can guide others in finding the practice that support their wellbeing.
