Leia Morrison is a seasoned yoga teacher, personal trainer, online wellness coach, mother and advocate for women's health. She is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style (infused with a hearty dose of humor a spirit of playfulness) and compassion-centered philosophy.
Leia teaches Integrated VinyasaTM which is a yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary patterns and emphasizes the subtle inner work we access via our physical bodies and movement. It unifies the polarities of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, engagement and relaxation, outer and inner, focus and release, structure and spontaneity, and work and play. Leia graduated from Gina Caputo’s 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training and taught yoga teacher trainings for the Colorado School of Yoga. Her original 200-hour teacher training was with Shiva Rea through the Samudra School of Global Living.
She is the proud recipient of the People's Choice Award for "Best Yoga Teacher for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023. She is excited to offer teacher trainings, teacher tune-up workshops, and retreats throughout the world.
