Living and learning from all things yoga, Christine teaches from the heart and from a feminine perspective.
She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, that it should be life-affirming, light and inclusive even when it's challenging, (especially when it's challenging)
She teaches from her feminine perspective and relishes teaching her classes no matter the form they take, always coming back to reminding all (including herself) of that still point of awareness and perfection deep within us all.
Christine is deeply influenced by her environment, the Celtic teachings and the natural life cycles on earth.

Christine is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, a YACEP trainer, a Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher and, an Anusara Yoga Teacher, a level 1 Rest and Restore Restorative yoga teacher, a 300hr Yin Yoga teacher. A qualified Pre and post-natal Yoga teacher, a KGH Hypnobirther, and a qualified yoga for women's health teacher.
She owns and runs Studio Eleven Boyle Co Roscommon, Ireland. She teaches and runs yoga training and workshops in all aspects of yoga, including her shared 200-hour training with Marella Fyffe in the Camatkara Yoga School.
She also runs retreats on Inishbofin Co Galway.
