Julie C. brings decades of teaching experience and over 5,000 classes taught spanning cities across California. A native of Sacramento, her creative background in dance, theater and performance art initially brought her to the yoga mat, and she has since helped transform thousands of students and hundreds of teachers as an experienced yoga instructor, Program Coach and Teacher Training Lead at some of the country's top yoga programs, such as Core Power Yoga and Lifetime Fitness Athletic Clubs. Her personal experience with infertility struggles and fascination with the benefits of yoga on the reproductive system ultimately led her to become a Leading Fertility Yoga Specialist in the vibrant city of Sacramento.
