I found the course very thorough, very in-depth and informative. I feel very confident in working with veterans after this course. The continued guidance is comforting as well as the other training options they provide

I had a great experience at Level 2 North Carolina. This course equipped us with the necessary skills and tools to teach in a trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation class. It was, to say the least, very enlightening and practical. Our teachers, Kelsy Howe-Timas and Beth Funk, are extremely knowledgeable Warriors at Ease Trainers. To know that we can make a difference in a Warrior's life is a rewarding way of giving back to those who have sacrificed for our Country.
