Amos gave his first yoga lessons in 2010 and is running his own studio in Guangzhou, China. He has been trained formally in traditional hatha yoga, Iyengar-style yoga and Pilates. During the last ten years he has grasped every opportunity to enrich and diversify his personal practice and teaching by attending specialized workshops in India, Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong. His primary focuses are pregnancy care, spinal care and senior care through yoga practice.
