Christina Gaudio Baggott is a registered 500 RYT with the Yoga Alliance who offers private 1:1 and private small group instruction. She also teaches large groups publicly. Her area of specialty is a niche that surrounds fitness, restorative and relaxation, trauma informed and resiliency, energy chakra yoga, beginner vinyasa flow, beginner hatha yoga, yoga nidra and senior chair yoga. She has been teaching for over 10 years and has traveled throughout the United States and Canada to teach, learn and work on projects like using yoga for human trafficking and domestic violence victims and survivors, senior refugees and youth for after-school enrichment programming.
