French, based in Milan (Italy), I'm a restorative yoga teacher trainer and a professional certified Coach. I hold a master of Science in Management (Audencia Nantes) and a master of Business Coaching (Coach & Team). I have worked as a bank manager in France for 11 years and have suffered from chronic stress for almost 15 years until I've discovered restorative yoga. It was my direct experience of the profound effects of restorative poses that led me to teach Restorative Yoga. I'm over 500 hours of yoga training with senior teachers including Judith Hanson Lasater, François Raoult and Bo Forbes. I've more than 200 hours of study with Judith Hanson Lasater who I'm studied and assisted since 2014.
I lead workshops, retreats and restorative yoga teacher training in Italy and France since 2015.
