About Sabrina Yoga

Sabrina Gazzella is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which  acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS)

I  completed my 3rd yoga teacher training in yin yoga in June and had the 4th on pranayama, meditation, yin yoga, neurosciences at end of August summer 2019 and I think it’s definitely the perfect complement to my previous training in Ashtanga yoga (active and dynamic).

I have began yoga vinyasa late 2012 as I had back pain and don't wanted to go on a surgery traitement and find out that it really helped me not only physically but also to calm my mind.

So I was on the way of changes and improvements in my private and professional life and the more I realize that doing yoga was the best thing for me and I intensified my practice.

By doing so I was on traineeships and festival of yoga with a lot of very good teachers, they gave me the taste of continuing and deepening my knowledge in every part of my yogini life.

I felt the desire to expand it and feeling that I could also help others to discover what we can do with yoga and improve better physical and self life.

I do basically Ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga, krama yoga, accro yoga, yoga Nidra, yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation and pranayama.

I've made now in February 2019 my 2nd certification in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and feel more secure as a teacher RYT500. This time I was in Goa India with nice Indian teachers and again a learned a lot. I feel more grounded in my experience and calm in my practice.

I have a lot of gratitude for all experience in my journey of yoga and will certainly go deeper in knowledge, because it never end to learn with yoga and I love it.
