For over 20 years I have been in software sales and have directed a non-profit organization. I have personally experienced and seen first-hand how health and lifestyle contribute to job dissatisfaction, lack of trust, negative outlook on life, and this becomes contagious within teams and overall organizational culture.
Through my own lifestyle and wellness routine I have been able to achieve balance in both
my professional and personal life. Trust me, it takes time to learn and practice what works best for you. I sought out mentors, teachers and trainers, and studied ancient philosophy to discover what works best for me.
This I shared with peers, friends and clients, and it’s why I created InfiniteWellCo.
Most people spend a good portion of their time at work, and it is often the source for stress, and unhealthy habits and choices. I believe whole-heartedly that it begins with understanding and learning the foundations of human experience which has been replaced with quick fixes, media overload and the rush of everyday life. Our busy lives and daily demands keep us from focusing on ourselves. Self-improvement and realization takes time, effort and energy.
