Hema is a ERYT200, RYT 500, YACEP provider based in Dubai. She is the owner of Flamingo Yoga & Wellness & Flamingo yoga e-boutique (an online store for 100% natural yoga mats and accessories).
She enjoys teaching smaller groups with full focus on alignment and breath awareness. In addition she believes that every student is unique and modifies the asanas to suit individual needs. She teaches Hatha, alignment based yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa and breathing and meditation practices.
In her workshop, you can expect a fully scientific approach and attention to details which makes each asana more accessible to every student.
