Justina Schacht, MA, is an intuitive, Ayurvedic guide, spiritual counselor, yoga teacher and trainer, spiritual counselor, writing guide, and founder of Trailhead Center. She combines many modalities and tools for well-being to create specific programs, goals, and plans for her clients. As a teacher, she has taught Yoga and Ayurveda classes, Yoga teacher training, workshops, and immersions. She is passionate about inspiring people to use the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda to manifest transformation and abundance in their lives and to bring light and wellness to those who are suffering. Through these tools, she has transformed her own trauma and PTSD to a depth of wisdom and fulfillment. Justina has a master's degree in Consciousness and Transformative Literature is a 500 ERYT (experienced registered yoga teacher), and continues to study and practice yoga through the Himalayan tradition. She has been leading yoga teacher training at Trailhead Center since 2009. She is an Ayurvedic practitioner and guide, continuing to study with various teachers.
