Meghan is a yoga and Pilates instructor from Laramie, Wyoming, who overcame obesity in her early 20s and PTSD from time in the US Navy. She believes her purpose is to practice putting her truest self forward in each moment. In Meghan’s classes you will be encouraged to experience pieces of your whole self, and learn how to harness your unique power for personal growth. Meghan focuses on establishing healthy movement patterns to replace old ones no longer of service, and hopes her students will leave her class having glimpsed the infinite well of themselves. She is a nurturer of others and believes in every body's ability to self-care through dedicated, patient practice. You will find her in the wilds surrounding Lander, Wyoming and Boulder, Colorado.
Meghan has studied Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller, Sri Vidya with Douglas Brooks, trauma sensitivity with James Fox, Gary Kraftsow and others, Cosmic Kids Yoga with Jamie Amor, and Classical Pilates with Richard Rossiter and Bonnie Grebe. She continues to study myth, philosophy and anatomy with Shannon Paige, and Sanskrit, mantra, myth and meditation with Jeanie Manchester and Kirsten Warner.
