Asia is Founder of The Movement Life and Pranalife Yoga. She carries every major recognized certification in both yoga (E-RYT 500, YA-CEP, RYS 500) and movement (FRC, FRA, FRSC strength coach, Kinstretch) PLUS 20+ years of experience to back it up. For the past 14 years she’s led groundbreaking trainings that have launched the careers of the most beloved teachers (you might be here because you love one of them).

Since 2006, Asia has built a thriving full-time startup-to-six-figure movement career connecting ancient wisdom with the newest learning, beautiful flow practices with powerful joint-building movements, and passionate students to their legacies as confident, creative teachers.
