Elsa was first introduced to yoga by her when she was 6 years old. Her immediate reverence for the practice, combined with her interest in the human body and passion for meaningful connections lead her to become a teacher. Elsa is a graduate of the Yoga Space teacher training program in Toronto, Canada. She has been teaching vinyasa yoga and Hatha yoga since.
Accompanied by inspiring music, her classes are vigorous and insightful, continually guiding her students to remain present.
Elsa continues to study with various teachers across the world.
She holds a Msc., MIM, E-RYT 200, YACEP and MBSR Teacher- Center for Mindfulness, University Colege San Diego, USA.
