Excellent course! This workshop expanded my understanding of skeletal structure, terminology, and movement, then challenged us to apply through posture analysis. It nicely linked the skeletal system and it's alignment with the anatomy of breath and its impact on the nervous system. I liked the practical integration of science and yogic practices for toning the vagus nerve in order to regulate the system -- so timely during this pandemic. Jen is a gifted educator! Her presentation, pacing, and practice made the learning truly useful. She provided loads of helpful information and resources and took us on a yummy Yoga Nidra journey! I highly recommend this course.
