My fascination with yoga started when I was fifteen and never stopped. In 2003 I finished my first teacher training of 3,5 years in the tradition of the Himalaya Institute in Germany and I started teaching. Traveling many times in India and Europe I got in touch with different traditions of yoga and completed a Forrest Yoga teacher training in 2014. Working as a Medical doctor I could also see the benefit of yoga with many people who suffered from different ailments.
It is my intention to practice and teach in a way that helps us to connect to ourselves and others. And to overcome the obstacles and conditions that keep us apart from our true potential as human beings. Actually it means for me to work with the traditional concepts of yoga in a way that helps us to become fully embodied in our asana practice, present in our spiritual practice and working through our mental and emotional limitations toward freedom, peace and joy.
