For me, yoga is an ongoing union of mind, body and soul. It’s a shining light onto the darker parts of these three elements of being. Yoga can be used as an effective tool for transformation. In our venture to find what lies within, we may often discover way more than expected... the kindness of strangers, as well as our own empathy and sensitivity to the suffering in others. Through yoga, we see more of the positive…in everything. Yoga is an abundance of optimism, courage and humility. Above all things…yoga is unconditional love.
