Carmen Prema teaches Integral Yoga for more than 25 years. She is an Expierenced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500).

She lives in Madeira since 2002, where she founded the Sundari Personal Development Center, that includes also the Sundari Integral Yoga Teacher Training School, accredited by the International Association Yoga Alliance.

She is a Master in Educational  Psychology and has a Law Degree.She also studied Acupuncture and TCM at the Chinese Academy of TCM, Beijing and Phytotherapy, at the Hippocrates Institute, Lisbon.
