Tina Crandell has been a registered yoga teacher since 2014. The practice of yoga is a highly-inspirational point in her daily life and she cultivates her teaching skills through study and practice, and by working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Tina currently offers group instruction at studios around the Baltimore metro area and maintains a portfolio of private and corporate clients. She is the staff Yoga Instructor for the Skipjacks Hockey Club, and independent program based in York, PA, that fields U16 and U18 teams competing in the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL). Tina also runs the weekly Yoga Clubs at local public schools in Baltimore, where she teaches Pre-K through 5th graders compassion, focus, self-esteem, and how the breath improves the function of the brain. In addition to her E-RYT200-hour teaching designation, Tina has also completed advanced training and certification in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. She regularly offers Yoga Nidra workshops around the region, and she frequently facilitates Yoga Nidra sessions at an Addiction Facility where she is witness to the sincere restorative qualities of yoga. In all of her endeavors, Tina’s approach to teaching yoga remains mindful, simple, and inspirational. Her intention is to offer her students relief from anxieties and stress, find inner peace, and to discover their true nature.
