Alka is a fun and dynamic yoga instructor who inspires her students to play while challenging themselves. She loves making yoga and meditation accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or physical restrictions. 

Alka focuses on growing the Present Wisdom community of teachers, students and practice offerings.

Present Wisdom is a yoga and meditation collective offering a diverse selection of classes for students of all levels. Yoga and meditation are the foundation for how we access the present moment and its gifts. Being more present during the day and our activities allows for greater connection to the happiness that surrounds us and is within us. We invite you to join us for live streamed classes, outdoor classes or access our on-demand library so you can enjoy your practice on your schedule.
