I've been teaching yoga for 10 years now, and it still amazes me.
I love teaching classes, 1:1 and combining it with my practice as a registered Physiotherapist.
My own experience of yoga developed to a new level when cycling across the world for my honeymoon: I had a back spasm whilst in Tajikistan, rendering me hardly able to move and unable to ride for 18 days. It was through the development of yoga and physiotherapy techniques that I managed to rehabilitate myself. My aim is to pass on this knowledge, helping people to gain an understanding of their own bodies in order to increase wellbeing.
My classes are lighthearted and they are for everyone. I take a holistic view of the body and mind (and life in general) with an emphasis of getting to know and exploring your own body and place. You don't need to be flexible, you don't need to be anything.
