He started doing Yoga in his childhood years influenced by his first Guru, his father.
Since he was 16 he took up martial arts, which he practiced for 20 years acquiring 3 Dan Black Belt in TaeKwonDo 1 Dan in GojuRyu and 1 Dan in Hapkido and participating in workshops with many distinguished instructors from around the world. At the age of 26 he started his inner quest and initiated himself to the Inner Western Tradition, studied Theosophy, Tantra and Kaballah. Continued for years with meditation at Edgar Cayce Institute, with the Spiritual Teacher Mr Vouloukos, and then at another meditation school, which was a branch of the Gurdjieff School. He was high degree at the National Lounge of Greece and also initiated at Rosicrucian Order.
20 years ago he started getting seriously involved with yoga and the first style he adopted was Satyananda Yoga. He completed Yogic Studies there and followed seminars and annual courses in Kundalini Tantra, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, SWAN, Yoga and addiction, Tattwa Sudhi and Yoga Nindra. He has done Teacher Training in Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Jean Claude Garnier. Then for five years he has bone Teacher Training in Iyengar Yoga under guidance of Pam Battler. He is still practicing Yogakshekam Tradition and Pranayama, under guidance of Sri Sri Sribashiam (son of Krishnamacharya) and Stella Basta Ouzouni. He has done Teacher Training in Yoga Works under guidance of Edwin Bergman.
He has also be Certified in Sport Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, AcuYoga, Yoga MD, Mind Body Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, TRX Suspension Training, TRX Sports Medicine, Pilates Instructor. He is an active Reiki Master in more than 30 Reiki systems and has been certified in Crystaltherapy, Chakra Vidya, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Indian Head Massage and Thai Massage, Myofascial Bodywork.
He has 1 Duan in Dao Yin and 2 Duan in Health Qikong, member of Chinese Health Qikong Association. Has been training in Shiatsu, TCM, Auricular Acupuncture Detoxification Certificate, Acupressure MD, Tibetan Buddhism.
