I teach vinyasa, hatha and restorative yoga. 
My classes are crafted to move the body and the spirit and so, subtly woven into every breath, every movement, is a teaching chosen to help us awaken in some way. My inspiration comes from yogic texts, lessons I have received from my teachers, poetry, music, nature.
I teach wholeheartedly. 
Every pose, every cue, every music track, every pulse of prana is humbly offered for the express purpose of moving us closer to happiness and beyond... To truth.
We sweat, we breathe, we giggle, we jiggle, we stand proud, we bow humbly, we move through fear and anger and judgment, we burn, we brighten, we grow, we resolve, we affirm, we release, we soften and we return to Grace.
