Hi, my name is Morgan Martin and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I began teaching yoga after a serious health scare forced me to find a way to cope with my health anxiety. I had practiced yoga on and off since I was a teenager and my commitment to the practice was renewed after I experienced blood clots in my legs and lungs. Yoga and the practice of mindfulness have helped me personally to overcome panic attacks and anxiety. I hope my teaching of the yoga practice can be as a conduit for helping the body, mind, and soul to feel peace and wellness. I believe yoga is accessible to all and my teaching is geared towards all bodies and all intentions.
