Jen was introduced to yoga in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia, where she first began to discover the spiritual aspect of the practice through the teachings of her Indian instructor. She continued to delve into yoga off and on over the next several years until deepening her practice in 2012 and completing a 200 hour certification in January 2014. She went on to found a studio in Gulfport, Florida, which she operated for two and a half years before its closing. Jen has since furthered her yoga training with an additional 200 hour Hatha certification and a 300 hour certification to achieve the RYT 500 level of certification. She also has an additional 100+ hours of training at the 300 level. Jen is currently an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 registered teacher.
Jen’s own yoga journey has been transformative, and she enjoys helping others enhance their lives through the discovery of a daily yoga practice and meditation to find relief from stress, connect with themselves, become more mindful and bring forth their inner peace. She teaches Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
