I have been teaching Yoga since 2009 when I discovered that Yoga is more than just exercise; it can be life changing - physically, mentally and spiritually. I received my 500 RYT Yoga Alliance Certification in June 2015. I also have over 30 years experience teaching other forms of group exercise - aerobics, Step, Zumba, body sculpting with weights, etc..
I currently teach beginner and intermediate alignment-based Yoga as well as Vinyasa (flow) Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. I also teach private sessions to provide the therapeutic benefits of Yoga to individuals - building strength, balance and flexibility, while decreasing pain in the body.
