Michelle Compas holds E-RYT500 and YACEP designations with Yoga Alliance.
She is a Kripalu-trained vinyasa and yin yoga instructor, a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator and Meditation teacher. Michelle’s teaching comes from a trauma-aware lens and has many years of teaching yoga and meditation to First Responders.
Michelle teaches in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. She offers practices of meditation, yin, restorative, hatha and vinyasa yoga in studio environments, corporate settings, fitness facilities and wellness retreats.
As a continuing education provider under the Yoga Alliance, Michelle offers yoga and meditation trainings tailored to a variety of students.
